Writer & Screenwriter
I’m a Seoul based writer with a passion for stories, magical worlds and believable characters. I studied creative writing in Auckland, New Zealand, and I have written, directed and produced dozens of narrative work in both written and video forms. I also wrote and published a campaign setting for tabletop gaming inspired from Korean lore and legends. I simply love writing, exploring all sorts of media, and pushing the limits of what I know in order to learn and fuel my creative ideas.
Key Accomplishments
2022: Consultant writer for The Palate of the City Busan, a docu-series for History Channel Korea.
2021: Worked as a screenwriter for 2 animated television shows that aired on SBS Korea.
2020: Published The Koryo Hall of Adventures, a gaming book based on Korean Lore and culture.
2019: Hired to develop a story for a South Korea/India historical co-production.
2019: Raised 50,000 US$ on Kickstarter for an independently published gaming book.
2018: Attended the BIFAN Fantastic Film School Program.
2016: Invited to the HANIFF project market to pitch thriller feature script (The Lie Within).
2015: Highlighted in three different newspapers as local/international talent in South Korea.
2015: Attended the Kyoto Filmmakers Lab.
