Miwa’s Japanese Cooking is a successful channel on youtube. I was the principal editor for her full length course that spans of multiple videos, and dive deep into Japanese cooking culture. I was in charge of the general style of the course, designing intros/outros and transitions, as well as choosing the music used for each section. I handled all the edit based on the script delivered by the client, and gathered the appropriate b-rolls from stock footage websites to match the explanations and the style of the full course.
